Do I need a subscription to use the ring?
No. The core readings — sleep score, readiness, stress, activity — are free forever with the ring. Pro and Lifetime unlock deeper trends, programs and cycle tracking.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes, monthly Pro cancels in two clicks from the app and stops at the end of your billing cycle. No retention chats, no friction.
What does Lifetime actually cover?
Every Pro feature today, every Pro feature we ship in the future, on this ring and the next one. No re-subscription, no upsell emails, no fine print.
Is my health data sold or shared?
Never. Data is end-to-end encrypted and stays on your device + our European servers. We have never sold a row of data. We never will. Read the privacy paper for the full chain of custody.
Family plan?
Lifetime includes up to four family members on one account, each with their own ring and isolated data. We do not pool or compare across members without explicit opt-in.
Works without my phone?
Yes. The ring stores 14 days of data on-device. It will sync when you next open the app — flights, off-grid weekends, lost phones are all fine.
